You automatically accept my TERMS when you buy any artwork from me.
Please read these carefully and thoroughly as I have the right to deny your commission if it doesn’t line up with my TOS.
My terms are subject to change at any moment. Please feel free to message me with any questions you may have!

I DO NOT ACCEPT CLIENTS WHO WORK ON, BUY, OR SELL NFTS OR ANYTHING RELATED TO CRYPTO! AI CONTENT IS ALSO PROHIBITED AND WILL BE DECLINED IMMEDIATELY!

I reserve the right to refuse your commission for any reason, but most severely, if it does not comply with my terms.

I will use my work for self-promotion and post it to any of my galleries and social media accounts since I still own all the rights to it.

Private commissions are not something I do. Your commissions might be shared online, giving people access to my work. However, if your commission must remain confidential for special reasons (e.g. gift or other private motives. ), so I'll do that.

You have the right to use your commission for any personal use you want (such as icons, wallpapers/backgrounds, avatars, profile pictures, upload it to your personal galleries, and etc.) with proper credit given.

Discussion on usage for commercial use is possible. I still retain the rights to my work, so extra fees will be added depending on the type of commercial use you're requesting usage for.

HOW TO COMMISSION ME:

Usually I'll make a post saying “commissions open” or I’ll have it on my social media/s.

It’s usually straightforward, feel free to shoot me a DM if i'm accepting them and I’ll get back to you ASAP!

When I get your message, I'll ask for a character reference and the type of commission you want, unless you want something that isn't on my list of commissions, in which case you'll need to ask me beforehand if I can do it. I'll send an invoice as soon as I approve of your suggestion.

PAYMENT PROCESS:

Payments are done through PayPal.

Payment is paid upfront first before I start working on your commission.

I send a PayPal invoice.

Your commission should be completed by me in two to three weeks or a few months following the wip or sketch, depending on my queue, the nature of the commission, my communication with the commissioner, and my personal circumstances.

I can't promise that your commission will be completed by a certain date. However, please give me plenty of notice (months or years) if you need a piece from me by a specific date.

Once you approve the first rough sketch and send payment, you cannot change your mind about what you want your commission to be. Any necessary edits will be made for a small or large fee, depending on what needs to be changed. That being said, if I forget or make a mistake with the coloring or design of your character or characters, that will be free because it is my fault.

WHAT I CAN WORK WITH:

Please be patient with me or keep things simple for me as I do have a hard time understanding what people want or are trying to say in words.

Although I can work with written descriptions, a reference sheet or an image of the character or characters would be helpful. Having reference images will greatly simplify my work and help me get your character exactly right. even making allusions to attire, positions, etc. assist a lot as well.

I'll assume I have artist freedom if you don't specify what you want from your commission, so I'll do whatever you want.
